History and Innovation in Nantes

Nantes is the sixth largest city of France and is regularly voted the best city in France in which to live for its unique quality of life. A title that is well deserved! The old capital of Brittany, also famous as the birthplace of Jules Verne offers an important historical and architectural heritage, beautiful paved streets, great museums, like the Château des ducs de Bretagne, a thriving art scene as well as plenty of parks and paths to stroll along the River Loire and its affluent l’Erdre. The large student population keeps it dynamic and the proximity of the southern cost of Brittany makes it a great place to explore.
