How Do I Book?

• Contact us to discuss your options: send us details of your requirements or choose a programme from the samples available online or in our brochure

• We will agree your dates and confirm availability

• A provisional booking is made and we issue you with a unique booking reference

• Your Booking Pack is sent out to you including the proposed itinerary and Terms and Conditions

• Simply recruit your students and leave the rest to us!

  
  

SOME IMPORTANT THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW

Party numbers:
Our small groups tend to consist of between 10 - 24 students accompanied by 2 group leaders, these groups tend to travel using public transport within the destination they select, although certain attractions are visited by private coach. Our standard groups are between 30 - 60 students travelling by private coach and group leader places are usually on a 1:10 ratio.

Insurance:
If you have decided to include group travel insurance to your package, on receipt of your deposit your groups is automatically insured by a special insurance scheme with Fogg Travel Insurance Services Ltd. IMPORTANT – STUDENTS WITH PRE-EXISTING MEDICAL CONDITIONS MAY NOT BE COVERED. PLEASE CONTACT US FOR DETAILS.

TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS

Coach Hire
The UK coach companies that we use have been taking our groups abroad for many years. Executive coaches are used for all our destinations and provide lap belts. Double deckers may be available for larger groups and these will be subject to availability and a supplement charge will apply.

IMPORTANT – YOUR ATTENTION IS DRAWN TO THE FACT THAT THE PROVISION OF LAP BELTS IS NOT YET A LEGAL REQUIREMENT FOR TRANSPORT PROVIDERS IN THE REST OF EUROPE AND WORLDWIDE.

Channel Crossing:
Although your tour includes a short channel crossing from Dover to Calais, if you have a particular request to travel by another route e.g. Eurotunnel, Portsmouth/St Malo, please let us know and we will be happy to advise you of availability and any supplements which may apply.

Flights:
Flights are not included in our programmes. We would be happy to provide a competitive quote if you require us to book this aspect of your trip.

Northern Ireland and Scotland groups:
We can make all of your arrangements, including coach pick up at the school gates, ferry crossings or flights. Please contact us for prices and further details as supplements will be applicable.
