Party numbers:
the prices shown for each programme are in bands according to the minimum number travelling. If the number of students decrease, the price may increase.

Insurance:
all groups who book are automatically insured by a special insurance scheme with Endsleigh Insurance Services Ltd, on receipt of deposits. Refunds are not applicable if you choose to take out your own insurance. IMPORTANT – STUDENTS WITH PREEXISTING MEDICAL CONDITIONS MAY NOT BE COVERED. PLEASE CONTACT US FOR DETAILS.

Travel arrangements:
Coach hire – the UK companies Ardmore use have been taking our groups abroad for many years. Standard coaches are used for all destinations in Paris, Northern France, Normandy and Brittany but if you require an executive coach for these destinations, do let us know as a supplement will apply. Executive coaches are used for all other destinations. These coaches usually have 49 seats and standard coaches have 53 seats. Double deckers may be available for larger groups and these will be subject to availability and a supplement charge will apply. All of our UK suppliers of coach services provide lap belts.

IMPORTANT – YOUR ATTENTION IS DRAWN TO THE FACT THAT THE PROVISION OF LAP BELTS IS NOT YET A LEGAL REQUIREMENT FOR TRANSPORT PROVIDERS IN THE REST OF EUROPE AND WORLDWIDE.

Channel Crossing:
although your tour includes a short channel crossing from Dover to Calais, if you have a particular request to travel by another route eg. Eurotunnel, Portsmouth/Cherbourg, please let us know and we would be happy to advise you of availability and any supplements which may apply.

Flights:
Flights are not included in our programmes.We would be happy to provide a competitive quote if you require us to book this aspect of your trip.

Northern Ireland and Scotland groups:
we can make all of your arrangements, including coach pick up at the school gates, ferry crossing or flights. Please contact us for prices and further details as supplements will be applicable.
