How to Book

PROVISIONAL RESERVATION

As soon as you have selected your resort, accommodation and departure date, email us at sarah@ardmoreeducationaltravel.co.uk to check availability. At this stage we will ask the approximate size of your party and Ardmore will hold a provisional reservation for you for up to 14 days. A confirmation of your option together with a booking form will be sent to you.

First Deposits

A first deposit of £50 per passenger together with a  completed booking form is required before the expiry date of your option.

Second Deposits

A second deposit of £90 per passenger must be received by Ardmore no later than 6 months prior to departure.

Final Balance

Final payment is due no later than 12 weeks before departure.

Final Travel Information

This will be sent to you approximately 3 weeks before departure.
