Ardmore Educational Travel is fully licensed and bonded by the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) and also fully bonded Members of the Association of British Travel Agents (ABTA) and The Association of Independent Tour Operators(AITO).

Air ski courses are ATOL protected by the CAA. Ardmore Educational Travel holds its own Air Travel Organiser’s License (ATOL) granted by the CAA under ATOL 2195. Coach ski courses and other ski courses which do not include air travel are protected by ABTA. Our ABTA Membership Number of is V5925. In the unlikely event of Ardmore becoming insolvent the CAA and ABTA respectively will ensure that your party is not stranded abroad and will arrange to refund monies paid in respect of an advance booking.

HEALTH AND SAFETY MANAGEMENT

The health and safety of our customers is of paramount importance. Ardmore only operates to destinations where standards are considered the highest in the world. Ardmore itself does not provide any tour services other than resort representation. All suppliers of tour components for this programme: transport, accommodation, ski equipment hirers, ski/snowboard schools, mountain skilift operators, evening entertainment venues, insurers, supply the exact same service independently and on their own account to the general public and are government or government-agency licensed being subject to the controls of the relevant authority. In conjunction with consultants, Ardmore has devised a Safety Management System (SMS) that sets standards for tour components together with a formal monitoring procedure capable of independent audit.
